Returns

We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any original packaging.

To start a return, please email info@hinoki-house.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with a prepaid Royal Mail return label and instructions for returning your parcel.

A flat return fee of £4.95 will be deducted from your refund for all change-of-mind returns.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Where required under UK consumer law, any standard outbound delivery charge will also be refunded. The £4.95 return fee does not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items.
